Great way to start the morning! The fishing was a bit slow at first—but that’s why it’s called fishing, not catching. Jarred and his mate Santi were awesome throughout the trip, keeping things fun and positive. We finished the day with a handful of fish and even better memories. Annie Bee is highly recommended!

Despite the poor weather, the captain and mate made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. The captain worked hard to find fish and put in every effort to make it a successful day. We ended up catching a 27-inch striper, a bonito, and a sea robin. It was also a great learning experience using wire line, and the captain did an excellent job positioning the boat against the wind and current to keep our lines where the fish were. I highly recommend this captain and boat!

This was my second trip with Captain Jarred, and once again we had an amazing time. Before we even showed up, he called to let us know the bite had been slow and offered to move us to a better day. We chose to stick with our original plan, but I really appreciated the honesty and the heads-up so I could set expectations for my kids (7 and 10). Once we got on the boat, he was great with them. When the fishing slowed down, he kept the kids entertained—answering questions, telling jokes, and showing them how to spot fish on the finder. At the same time, he never stopped working. He moved around to different areas, switched up bait and depths, and kept the lines clean, doing everything he could to find us fish. His effort paid off. After a couple of hours, we landed four big stripers, including one keeper. From what we were hearing on the radio, we definitely did better than most boats that day. I’d recommend the Annie Bee and Captain Jarred to anyone, especially families with young kids. Great captain, great experience.

I booked a last-minute charter on the Annie Bee during a trip to Cape Cod for myself and my two sons (12 and 14). Captain Jarred replied quickly and was great to work with from the start. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible day on the water, and the afternoon couldn’t have been nicer. The crew’s energy made the experience even better. It was clear that Captain Jarred and first mate Ryan genuinely love what they do and care about giving guests a great time. They were patient, helpful, and made my boys feel completely comfortable. We spent the afternoon laughing, trading fish stories, and catching striped bass. And a special shoutout to our second mate, “Mackerel Wrangler” Declan, for jumping in right when we needed him. I’d absolutely recommend a trip on the Annie Bee, whether you’re an experienced angler or just looking to enjoy a memorable day on Cape Cod with your family.
